Corn Casserole Recipe


This is the perfect side for any meal.  Everyone loves this casserole and it is sooooo easy to make:

  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 1 can whole kernal corn, drained
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 small carton sour cream
  • 1 box Jiffy corn bread mis
  • 10 oz shredded cheddar cheese

Melt butter, add corn, eggs, cornbread, sour cream and stir.  Pour into your oiled baker.  Bake @ 350 degrees for about 45 minutes until bubbly.  Add cheese to the top and let it melt!
